According to the latest updates the makers have announced that the animated superhero show ‘Invincible’ Season 3 is set to debut on February 6, 2025, on Amazon Prime Video. And here’s all you need to know about it.
Storyline
The teaser of ‘Invincible Season 3’ was recently released and it hints at Mark’s ongoing struggle with Anissa and the Viltrumite Empire. It appears that in this installment, the fans will be delighted with Mark’s journey which will have intense training scenes and action-packed battle sequences. At the same time, as the season will follow the plotline from the comic, Mark’s confrontation with multiple alternate versions of himself will be one of the major highlights. He will also face Conquest, a Viltrumite soldier, and their battle is going to be one of the most intense action scenes.
Production
Considering the popularity of Season 2, the makers announced Season 3 alongside it. The voice work with the cast was done by April when before Season 2 came to an end. Steven Yeun, who voices Mark Grayson mentioned the reason for producing the episodes in advance. The aim is to ensure a smoother release schedule.
Episode Schedule
Just like the last two installments, Season 3 will have eight episodes. In Season 2, the makers tried to introduce the idea of a mid-season break, which didn’t exactly go down well with the series lovers. It witnessed mixed reactions. Thus, in Season 3, there will be uninterrupted streaming over eight weeks.
