UPDATE: 11/4/24, 12:10 p.m. ET — Jason Kelce was caught on camera using a homophobic slur three times after swatting a phone out of a heckler’s hand.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Kelce, 36, can be seen and heard asking, “Who’s the f—— now? Who’s the f—— now? Who’s the f—— now?” after being confronted by a person getting in Kelce’s face and asking, “How does it feel that your brother is a f—— for dating Taylor Swift?”
Kelce proceeded to slam the heckler’s phone to the ground before retaliating verbally.
The incident took place Saturday, November 2 outside Penn State University’s Beaver Stadium. Kelce was on campus to appear on ESPN’s College GameDay ahead of Penn State’s football showdown with Ohio State.

Jason Kelce grabbed and threw a heckler’s phone on the ground after hearing an offensive slur about his brother, Travis Kelce.
Jason, 36, was seen hurling the smartphone on Saturday, November 2, during an appearance on ESPN’s College Game Day. According to social media footage, Jason was told that Travis, 35, was an offensive term because of his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.
Jason did not respond further to the heckler’s comment, swiftly turning to walk away.
Jason and Travis have always been close long before their respective careers in the NFL. (Jason was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles as a center in 2011, two years before Travis signed with the Kansas City Chiefs to play tight end. Jason retired earlier this year.)
The two brothers were the first siblings to face off in the Super Bowl in 2023 — and the Chiefs won.
“The coolest thing about this Super Bowl was that my whole family was there. I got to play against my brother Jason, who is an Eagle, and my mom was on TV more than both of us,” Travis joked in his Saturday Night Live monologue weeks later. “My mom, dad and brother are all here tonight.”
He added, “You know, people keep asking me what it was like to beat my brother in the Super Bowl. And, um, it was pretty awkward especially because after the game we had to ride home together. Our mom drove us there in her minivan. Even though his team lost after being up 10 points at half, my brother is actually really happy for me.”
Jason and Travis, the two sons of exes Ed and Donna Kelce, have also remained close as they grew up and expanded the family. Jason, for his part, shares three daughters with wife Kylie Kelce. Travis has a special bond with his sister-in-law, too.
The two brothers also cohost a weekly podcast called “New Heights” where they discuss the latest football news — and updates in their personal life. It was thanks to quotes from the podcast that Travis was able to land his first date with Swift, 34.
“It’s been crazy [and] then Travis and Taylor have taken it to another level and that’s a whole other side of it,” Jason recalled during a June episode of the “Whiskey Ginger” podcast. “Like, Kylie and I think we have it bad and then we go hang out with one of them for a second. This is a whole other situation here [and] I don’t even know how to, like, you can’t be a normal person at that point.”
Swift has since bonded with Travis’ whole family since starting their whirlwind relationship. Jason and Kylie brought eldest daughters Wyatt, 4, and Ellie, 3, to Swift’s October concert in Miami with Donna.
