Kareena Kapoor Khan, one of the best known actors of today, is all set for her next movie, Hansal Mehta’s The Buckingham Murders. Following the announcement of the trailer release date, there’s buzz that the film will be available in both its original English and a Hindi-dubbed version.
Now, according to a recent report from Bollywood Hungama, The Buckingham Murders will be released in two formats: the original English version to preserve authenticity, and a Hindi-dubbed version to cater to a segment of the Indian audience.
This decision aims to accommodate viewers who may find English dialogues or an accented Hindi challenging. The Hindi-dubbed version will feature carefully translated dialogues to ensure a smooth viewing experience for all audiences.
“As the title suggests, the film is set in Buckingham, England. To maintain authenticity, in the original Hinglish version, the dialogues of local actors are in English. Even the ones of Indian origin are speaking Hindi with an accent,” a source told the portal.
The teaser for The Buckingham Murders was released on August 21, and reports suggest that the official trailer will be unveiled on September 3.
Recently, after dropping the teaser, the makers of ‘The Buckingham Murders’ have now unveiled the first single. Titled ‘Sada Pyaar Tut Gaya’, the song gives a glimpse into the life of Jasmeet Bhamra, a homicide detective in New York. The song is a disco number, which, however, unravels the emotional turmoils of the detective, who otherwise looks tough.
Featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, the song is composed by Bally Sagoo, and crooned by Vicky Marley. The lyrics are penned by Devshi Khanduri.
Director Hansal Mehta dropped the song via his social media handle and captioned, “This song from our film! Such a joy to have @ballysagooofficial in our album! #SadaPyaarTutGaya song out today. #TheBuckinghamMurders only in cinemas on 13th September.”
The makers captioned, “Unveil the secrets and feel the emotion with the New Bollywood Song ‘Sada Pyaar Tut Gaya’ from The Buckingham Murders! Starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, mesmerizing music by Bally Sagoo, captivating vocals by Vicky Marley, and heartfelt lyrics by Devshi Khanduri.”
