In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Urvashi explained that she is staying single due to something called ‘Kathni Yog.’ She mentioned that people going through Kathni Yog should avoid marriage during this period, which lasts for 2.5 years.So, she still has some time before she can consider getting married.
Kathni Yog refers to a period in one’s horoscope that brings specific obstacles and challenges. This 2.5-year phase is believed to affect important life decisions, particularly marriage. During this time, it’s advised not to marry, as it is thought to bring difficulties in personal relationships.Earlier, there were rumours circulating about Urvashi and cricketer Rishabh Pant being involved. However, the actress quickly dismissed these claims in an interview with NDTV. She emphasized that the rumours were baseless, stating that she prefers to keep her personal life private. Urvashi clarified that her focus remains on her career and the work she loves, urging people to concentrate on the truth rather than speculation. She also expressed confusion over why certain meme pages get so excited about such rumours.
Urvashi cleverly referred to Rishabh Pant as ‘Mr. RP’ during the interview, avoiding mentioning his name directly. However, what sparked the most attention was her story about ‘Mr. RP’ allegedly waiting for her in a hotel lobby for nearly 10 hours. Rishabh, clearly noticing the buzz, shared a cryptic message on his Instagram story, which read:
“It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meager popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them.”
